Crafted in Kobicha-brown suede, this Ashe is defined by a deep, earthen palette and a quietly tactile finish.

The richness of the suede is complemented by hand-beaded detailing in brown, black, white and graduated shades of copper brown, creating a composition that feels tonal rather than contrasting.

The construction features two zipped compartments, one at the front and one at the back, with a central opening secured by a round solid-brass snap closure.

The brass sits prominently against the suede, adding warmth and a subtle sculptural detail to the otherwise restrained exterior.

The shoulder strap is worked entirely by hand in mixed
earthy-toned beads.

Inside, printed African cotton introduces pattern and colour, creating an unexpected contrast to the subdued exterior.

Inspired by the traditional Maasai Olbene bag, Ashe is Akire’s contemporary interpretation of a form shaped by utility, movement and tradition.

This edition is an exploration of earth tones: Kobicha brown suede, copper-coloured beadwork, black and white accents, finished with solid brass.

Its beauty is found in the relationship between these materials soft suede, individually worked beads, warm metal and printed cotton concealed within.
