Sculpted from vegetable-tanned kips leather, this Amuka is individually moulded and stitched entirely by hand.

Its sculpted face carries subtle differences in expression, contours and proportions, giving every piece an identity of its own.

The rectangular-shaped mouth is covered by a structured leather flap and secured with a vintage-style brass tuck lock.

Visible hand-stitching forms an integral part of the construction, reflecting the time, precision and craftsmanship invested in the piece.

Over time, the vegetable-tanned leather will soften, deepen in tone and develop a patina particular to its collector.
