Akiduon

Akiduon is the name given to the Elephant Moulded Face Bag.
Akiduon means to give birth in Turkana language.
It’s our first creation series of the Animal Kingdom.
Inspired by the big five, it is animated by the African Savanna Elephant
African Savanna Elephants are distinguished by their very large ears, which allow them to radiate excess heat. Our Akiduon bag has similar features of large ears that give out a 3D effect.

Akiduon bag identifies with the power of communities and groups, equally the family structure of the elephants since they create bond groups as humans.

The design creation involves three artisans ; a wood carver, a leather pattern maker and a designer.

The Akiduon bag is handmade from quality leather on the outer part and inside an African cotton lining. It has the leather strap interwoven on each side of the bag, which fits comfortably over the shoulder.
