ORDERING  POLICY  FOR AKIRE BAGS :

  • Pricing & Payment: Please note that when ordering from partner establishments, Akire does not control the pricing or handle payments.
Transactions made at these locations are managed directly by the establishment, and pricing may vary.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order through our website or concept store, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase. Orders placed at partner establishments will be confirmed by the respective location.
  • Availability: Product availability may vary between our website, concept store, and partner establishments. For specific inquiries or to confirm stock, please contact us directly or visit the establishment where you saw the Akire collection.
  • Support: For any issues or questions regarding your order, contact our customer support team for assistance. If you ordered from a partner establishment, please reach out to them directly for order-related queries.
  • SHIPPING: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY FOR AKIRE BAGS
  • Return & Exchange Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within this timeframe.
  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside of Kenya, we require a video call to verify satisfaction with your purchase before finalizing the order. This ensures both parties avoid potential losses.
  • Shipping Costs: We do not cover import duties or shipping costs for returns. All associated expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Please note that custom-made or personalized Akire bags are non-refundable. These items are crafted specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
REPAIRS
If your Akire bag requires repair, please contact us within 6 months of purchase. We will assess the issue and provide repair services based on the nature of the damage.
WARRANTY POLICY
  • Coverage: Akire luxury bags come with a two-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship knowing that our collection is created for a lifetime. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact customer service with proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Akire bag, follow our care guidelines, which include regular cleaning and proper storage. Detailed care instructions are provided with each purchase.
Leather Care: Keep bags away from direct sunlight and moisture. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a leather conditioner recommended by a professional.
Storage: Store bags in a dust bag or soft cloth or our tie&dye silk fabric, when not in use to prevent scratches and dust buildup.
